  • Policy Purpose: This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments and refunds for the subscription to the GetReplies platform (the "Service"), owned and operated by LIFEX Technologies India Private Limited ("GetReplies," "we," "us").
  • Application: This policy applies to all subscription fees paid by any user ("User," "you") for access to the Service, processed through any of our designated payment gateways or merchants of record. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Section 2: No Refund Policy

  • All Payments Are Final: All fees and charges paid for the Service are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund of any amount for any reason. 
  • Unconditional No-Refund Stance: This no-refund policy applies unconditionally, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations: 
    • Your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the Service. 
    • Your level of use or non-use of the Service. 
    • Any suspension, termination, or cancellation of your account. 
    • Any technical issues, service downtime, or feature modifications. 
    • A decision to downgrade your subscription plan. 
    • Accidental purchases or forgetting to cancel a subscription. 

Section 3: Rationale for Our No-Refund Policy

Our decision to maintain a strict no-refund policy is based on the following factors, which are integral to our business model:

  • Immediate Access and Value: Upon successful payment, you receive immediate, full, and unrestricted access to all features of the Service corresponding to your subscription plan. Since the value of the Service is delivered instantly, we cannot retract this access. 
  • Digital Product Nature: As a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, the Service is not a physical good that can be returned. Once access is granted, the service is considered consumed. 
  • Resource Allocation: Subscription fees are immediately reinvested into the continuous development, maintenance, and enhancement of the GetReplies platform, as well as the operational costs of providing a secure and reliable service to all our users. 

Section 4: Subscription and Billing

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which your access will be terminated. No refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the term. 
  • User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and to cancel it in a timely manner if you do not wish to be billed for the next period. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in your payment method being charged, and this charge is non-refundable. 

Section 5: Acknowledgment of Policy

  • Binding Agreement: By subscribing to the Service and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to this Refund Policy. You agree to waive any and all rights to request or demand a refund from LIFEX Technologies India Private Limited.
