Call tasks in your sequence. No separate CRM needed.

Task Management

When a campaign needs a phone call, GetReplies creates a task for your team directly in the inbox — at the right point in the sequence, with everything they need to make the call. No separate task tracker. No CRM required to manage what happens next.

Call tasks appear in the inbox at the scheduled sequence step — with the full talk track and outreach history ready before the call.

What it solves

Most outreach tools stop at email and LinkedIn. Adding a call into a sequence means switching to a CRM, creating a manual task, and hoping your team sees it at the right time. The coordination between outreach and calling ends up living in Slack messages or personal to-do lists — which means calls get missed or happen at the wrong point in the sequence.

  • No structured way to add a call step into an outreach sequence
  • Call tasks living in a CRM that’s disconnected from the outreach timeline
  • Team members making calls without context on what was already sent
  • No automatic advance to the next sequence step after a call is completed

How GetReplies handles it

Call tasks as a sequence step

When you build a sequence, you can add a calling task step at any point — after a connection request, between two emails, or as the final step in a multi-touch campaign. You set the delay before the task fires, and you write the talk track your team will see when it surfaces. GetReplies creates the task automatically when the step fires, timed to the sequence schedule. There’s no manual task creation and no risk of the call happening before the earlier outreach has had time to land.

Everything the caller needs, in the task

Each calling task opens with the contact’s name, company, and campaign context — which campaign they’re in, how far through the sequence they are, and what was sent to them before the call. The talk track you wrote at sequence design time is there as a guide. If the contact engaged with any prior step, that’s visible too. Your team makes an informed call, not a cold one — even when the call is part of a cold outreach sequence.

Completing a task advances the sequence

When a team member marks a calling task complete — or skips it — the sequence moves forward automatically to the next step. If the call task is the last step, the contact is marked as completed. There’s no manual nudge required to keep the sequence moving. If the contact replies during the call and your team marks it accordingly, the sequence stops and the contact moves into the inbox for follow-up.
