ABOUT GETREPLIES
GetReplies, a product of LIFEX Technologies India Private Limited, offers lead generation consulting services on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of the Company. The following sections outline the key aspects of our engagement process for lead generation services.
The purpose of this engagement is for the Company to provide asset-based consulting services to the Customer. The asset in question is the Company's product called GetReplies, a Gen AI email autopilot designed to craft personal emails at scale for lead generation, lead nurture, investor outreach, and more. The consulting services provided by the Company include email campaign services using GetReplies, based on the Customer's requirements.
The term of this engagement will be one (1) year, commencing from the Start Date. There will be a go/no-go checkpoint at the end of three (3) months from the Start Date.
Some big names aren’t happy about this change. Here’s what a few of them said:
SaaS subscription fee:
USD 99 per month for the GetReplies product.
Consulting fee:
USD 150 per month for the email campaign services using GetReplies.
Total monthly fee:
USD 249 / INR 20,800 per month (excluding applicable taxes).
The payment will be made in INR and will be structured as follows:
Pilot engagement:
First three (3) months, payment in advance.
Retainer engagement:
Remaining nine (9) months, payment in advance.
If the Customer is not satisfied with the services provided during the Pilot Engagement, they may terminate this engagement with at least fifteen (15) days’ notice before the go/no-go checkpoint.
The license for the GetReplies SaaS subscription will be used by the Company to provide services to the Customer. The Customer will not necessarily have access to the SaaS license or the product itself.
The scope of work includes “Email campaigns for up to 1,000 email IDs per month”. Customer will provide all necessary data, including but not limited to: (a) Full Name, (b) Designation, (c) Employer Name, (d) Work Email Address, (e) Location, (f) Time Zone, and (g) Individual’s LinkedIn URL.
