  • No Physical Shipment: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that no physical products, hardware, software on media (like CDs or USB drives), or printed documentation will be shipped or mailed to you. Our business model is 100% digital, eliminating the need for physical shipments. 

Section 2: Service Delivery and Access

  • Method of Delivery: Upon successful completion of the sign-up process and confirmation of your subscription payment through any of our designated payment gateways or merchants of record, your "shipment" is executed instantly via digital delivery. Access to the Service is granted immediately, allowing you to log in and begin using the platform. 
  • Instant Access: The Service is designed for immediate use. The moment your registration is complete and payment is verified, your account is activated and you will be directed to the main product screen or dashboard. 
  • User's Responsibility for Access: You are solely responsible for providing accurate information during the sign-up process and for having a compatible device and internet connection to access the Service.

  • Shipment Completion: Our obligation for "shipment" and "delivery" of the Service is considered fulfilled and complete at the exact moment you successfully complete the sign-up process and are presented with the main product interface for the first time.
