This right survives the termination of your account. 
• To Manage Billing: We use your Account Data to process subscription payments, send invoices, and manage your account. 
• To Communicate With You: We use your Account Data for essential service-related notifications (e.g., security alerts, policy changes) and to respond to your support requests.

• Core Service Providers: We share information with essential third-party service providers (sub-processors) who perform critical functions on our behalf. 
• Cloud Infrastructure: All platform data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). 
• AI Model Providers: To execute your campaigns, we securely transmit your Campaign Data and relevant Customer Data to our AI partners (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Perplexity). 

• Payment Processors and Merchants of Record: To manage and process subscription payments, we share your Account Data (specifically billing information) with third-party payment gateways and merchants of record. These may include, but are not limited to, Razorpay (for India), Stripe (for the US), and Dodo Payments (for other global markets). The choice of payment provider is at our sole discretion, and this list is subject to change at any time without notice. 
• User-Directed Integrations: When you connect third-party applications (e.g., your CRM), you direct us to share data with them. 
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or a valid court order.
